What are the payment structures?

We offer many diverse payment plans, based on incentivization status, new vs. active, and country. When do affiliates get paid, and how?

Affiliates are paid on a Net 30 monthly payment schedule by check. After each calendar month, we tabulate your final revenue from that calendar month, and pay you 30 days later - for example, July commissions would be payable on August 30. Checks will be sent to the pay to name and address specified during the application process. Payments will only be released if over $tVars['25']. If below that amount, it will be rolled over into the next month.

If I operate more than a single website or channel, can I track them separately under one account?

Yes. You can operate multiple websites, URLs, channels, etc., and still track each of them separately under a single account with us. We provide three separate tracking IDs which you can personalize and use to identify and analyze your traffic. You can even place your own tracking mechanisms, within bounds, into our system in order to have more control over your data. If you do not know how to use any of these items, there are plenty of instructions inside, and our staff is available to answer all of your questions.

Once visitors click my links to AppleFreebiez, how long will they be tracked (when do their cookies expire)?

Cookies expire 30 days after the cookie is placed. In this period of time, individuals must become a confirmed registered user or completed their first offer.

Unsuitable applicants include those that promote sexually explicit materials, illegal activities, extreme violence, discrimination, or violations of intellectual property. If your application is rejected, you are welcome to reapply at a later time.

Do I have to live in the US to be a part of the affiliate program?

No, affiliate can live anywhere. While we are not picky where affiliates reside, we do only reward traffic from the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Germany and France. We do not pay for new registrants that are not from these countries.

Can I participate in other affiliate programs?

Yes. We are not exclusive.

What information must I provide to join?

All successful applicants need to provide their legal name and address, the name of their business, contact information, marketing descriptions and specific payment information - including a pay to name, which may or may not be their personal or business name(s). Each application must be backed up with a completed W-8, for international residents, or a completed W-9, for United States residents, before payments will be released.

What kind of creatives do you provide?

We provide a wide variety of differently-sized static and animated banners and text links. Some are tailored to certain countries or demographics. Affiliates are welcome to use any of these. We are open to creating new types of creatives based on request.

How can I create links?

Affiliates must apply for specific plans and be approved. Once approved, the affiliate can grab premade links and banners, or apply for permission to place pixels. These tracking mechanisms are useful as a verification tool for leads that can report whatever data you request it to store and send to you once leads have been generated.

How do I change my account information?

All requests must go through our Account Verification team. We vet each information change before they are applied, so that your information is secure as possible from intrusion.

What kind of reporting do you offer?

Our tracking systems will gather data on each registrant that successfully signs up using your links. These include all personalized tracking IDs, timestamps, IP address and location, creative and link IDs and other pieces of information that may or may not be useful to you.

Do I need to notify my country's tax agencies of commissions earned through this Affiliate Program?

Yes, you must report all revenues to your local tax agency. We report all commissions paid out to the IRS and are not responsible for any taxation items on your part. You are responsible for declaring your own income.
