Registration, Confirmation and Passwords If you can't register, one of these situations may apply:
I'm an International, and can't register. Check that all information is entered properly. Enter your information as requested and you should be able to register. We can better assist you here. Offer credit is denied for several reasons. The most likely reason is that the advertiser felt you entered invalid information or made an invalid payment. While this usually means fraud, it isn't necessarily so - sometimes you do not meet their requirements of a customer. Financial offers in particular require customers with the right type of credit and who are in a position to need and accept the mortgage, loan or whatever they are trying to sell. Sometimes they review sales and find that you are not a new customer. If their requirements are for you to be a new customer, then you will be denied. Rather than delete these denied completions, we leave them up so that you do not complete them again. If you do attempt them twice, there is no excuse that you "forgot" you did the offer before. Redemptions, Missing Payments and Denials When must you redeem, and when are redemptions honored? We review all prize redemptions soon after they are made. During the month after the redemption, we will deny or approve and then send your prize. When you attempt redemption, your order will go through an approval process. The initial status is "pending", and depending on our decision, can go into a payable or denied state. If it is given "tentative approval," it is in queue to be ordered. We can then put it into "awaiting shipment" and "shipped/sent", which mean exactly what they sound like, or "cancelled," "denied," and "details verification." If it is given status "details verification," you may have to provide identification to ensure authenticity and accuracy. You may only cashout AFTER you have at least the minimum point value for your chosen prize in your account balance.
